To help everything go smoothly, we’ll send a few simple reminders:

Bringing a valid, government-issued photo ID

Make sure documents are complete (but not signed ahead of time)

Notifying us in advance of multiple signers, witnesses, or special circumstances

If your document requires witnesses, please arrange for them to be present at the time of your appointment. Witnesses must have valid identification.

Witness Policy
Witness Policy
Some documents may require one or more witnesses in addition to notarization.
Clients are responsible for providing their own witnesses unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Witnesses must have a valid, government-issued photo ID

Witnesses must be present at the time of the appointment
If you are unsure whether your document requires witnesses, we recommend confirming with the document provider or a qualified attorney prior to your appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible whenever possible.

Cancellations prior to travel: No charge

Cancellations after travel has begun: Travel fee will still apply

No-shows or unavailable clients: Travel fee will still apply
Preparedness Policy
To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, clients are expected to be fully prepared at the scheduled time.
This includes:

Having all documents ready (but not signed)

Having all required signers present

Having valid identification available

Having any required witnesses present
If an appointment cannot be completed due to missing documents, signers, identification, or witnesses:

A travel fee will still apply

A rescheduling fee may apply
Wait Time
We allow a short grace period for arrival.
